The arista, been born in Switzerland, precisely to Sils-Maria, in 1979, alive and she works in Zurich.
On the occasion of this first Italian one man show introduces new jobs legacies to the city of Venice, tracing the relationship between different cultures and the Planet Earth. The setup Without Security 2009 and the sculpture St 2009 disclose a game of openness through a search on the materials that it postpones to the effect of colors of different skins and the reflexes that the flat light indelible on people and sprites.
The video projection an imaginary but based effect on real earthly movements. Pamela Rosenkrauz departs from the empirical observation of small details, gestures and isolated movements, it empties of sense the same notion of centrality, creating unsound reality, in a constant tension between presence and absence. The video is projected after all on the wall to the exhibition space covering it completely and spreading his light to the whole environment.
A vertical axle divides in two the image, realized through different views of the earth by a satellite.
The trailing visual effect and' that of a color image in movement, that symmetrically reflects him along the central axle.
The symmetrical axle, creates a new central pixel around which the whole typesetting gravitates.
This springs an effect that unhides the earthly surface in a movement of opening and apparent closing.
The central axle of the image, where the reflexes overlap, it represents an unattainable dedication, because' in constant leaving.
